Great cocktails shout out to Scott and Traci the bartenders.
The service and experience that we received at Elliots Bar was amazing! Elena and Tracy took care of us from the time we sat down at the bar till we moved to a table when friends arrived. 5 stars all the way around the board! The food and cocktails were well balanced and great flavor profiles. Highly recommend those establishment when staying in downtown.
While staying at the Hilton, we dined at Eliot’s bar and Fuentes (aka Nano!) was awesome. He handled his tables with perfection. His memory when taking orders is second to none. Sodas are topped up without having to ask. He is amazing at what he does and deserves all good things coming his way! The food was very good as well. We had pizza, wings (delicious!), smash burger, squash soup, Caesar salad (wish they’d stuck with romaine lettuce on this), and wagyu hot dog. Very nice relaxing area to grab a bite with a bar and TVs.
